Dennis Bacon,

Dennis enjoys serving the financial planning needs of his clients in the Kansas City area and has been doing so since 1993. He is committed to providing client-centric service that focuses on meeting each client’s individual needs.

In order to provide a higher level of service for clients, Dennis has achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification that required him to complete the arduous CFP^® certification process. It also requires him to meet ongoing renewal requirements and holds him to rigorous ethical standards. Dennis achieved certification as a CPA* after receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Harding University. His required CPA continuing education keeps him abreast of current financial and tax issues. Dennis has also completed the Institute of Investment Management Consulting program and is a Certified Kingdom Advisor^®.

Though Dennis enjoys the technical aspects of his work, his greatest passion is applying his experience and expertise - plus a comprehensive knowledge of each client’s goals and tolerance for risk - to develop personalized solutions designed to help clients meet life’s challenges with confidence.

Dennis and his wife, Michelle, have lived in Lee’s Summit since 1994 and have two grown children plus a daughter-in-law. Michelle is a fifth-grade teacher at Summit Christian Academy. The couple’s daughter, Rachel, was a student-athlete at Harding University and resides in Kansas City and is a Community Manager for Clover & Hive Homes working. Their son, Nathan, is the head baseball coach at Dordt University in Iowa. Nathan’s wife, Jackie works in corporate management of a thriving on line business.

Active in the community, Dennis is a member of the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of directors of Resource Health & Greater Kansas City Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Dennis is also involved with his church and other area charities. When Dennis is not working or volunteering, you will most likely find him with his family, at the lake fishing, traveling or watching Chicago sports.
