Ryan Hayden’s financial advisory practice focuses on helping clients discover their ultimate values, and then building plans and conversations based around their highest standards. Ryan served as a Waddell & Reed financial advisor for eight years at the Manhattan, Kansas office where he was also the branch manager for two years. He also served on Waddell & Reed’s national Policy and Compliance Committee.
Previously Ryan was a pastoral minister for 20 years at three churches, most recently as senior pastor at University Christian Church in Manhattan. He has also served as a board member at Round Lake Christian Assembly summer camp, Lakeville, Ohio. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Milligan College and a Master of Divinity degree from Cincinnati Christian Seminary. In his spare time Ryan enjoys woodwork, running and working out with his wife. He also likes to go to auctions and estate sales looking to buy box-fulls of books and old furniture pieces to restore. Ryan also works the chain crew at Kansas State University football games. He and his wife Brenda have four sons.
